Today I only listen to other people including my blues composition that is being played by Mr.Herry. I will then go to the second session for my instrument classes, I played my composition during the instrument classes and it is very hard. I will practice my blues composition and put it on finale.

Today I do the 12 Bars Blues and copied it on a new paper. Then I listen to Mr.Herry giving example about the blues, and then for the last session we listen to other student singing. I will practice my blues on my instrument.
I played Ukrainian Bell Carol, it was hard on the fast part by I could managed it well enough, I will try again in the next practice..

Music Reflection #47 (Grade 10)

Today I have our singing assessment of Jazz music. I chose Fly me to the moon to be my jazz music and sing it. but I did it very bad because my voice and the minus one didn't match together and it results that Mr. Herry helps me with playing the piano. Lastly, I finally did the singing assessment but I asked to have another chance next week to sing it therefore I could sing it perfectly.

This is my 2nd practice about the music can can.. I think i already do better in the second practice because I now practice a lot about my music. I will move on to practice on another song and when my blues composition was already made, I will practice it.

Today there is no music class because today is Maulid Nabi day, which means it is a holiday and there is no school. I will still practice my violin at home

This is can can song that I played in my violin, I played well but I still didn't get the tune right on the violin play because I still nervous and haven't got enough practice on the violin. I will try more in the next video.

Music Reflection #45 (Grade 10)

Today we are giving the time for us to finalize and select a famous jazz song for us to sing next week, since Tuesday is a holiday. also we're given a blues own composition to make, using only C7, F7, G7. afterwards, we're given an instrument session. In instrument, we're learning the jazz scales. I will practice the singing and the jazz scales.

Today we have a singing test about a jazz song, "I got rhythm". and then one by one were called to have a singing assessment in front of everybody. Because of my absences in the past 2 meetings. I was confused and really afraid of the assessment. Luckily the lyrics was easy to memorize so I got some confidence when I sing the song. Afterwards, we go to instrument classes.
